⚖️ Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using Creatorix. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part, you may not use Creatorix.
1. Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Use ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Creatorix Ltd ("Creatorix," "we," "us," or "our") governing your use of the Creatorix platform, website, mobile applications, and all related services (collectively, the "Platform").
By creating an account, accessing, or using the Platform in any way, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated herein by reference.
2. Eligibility
To use Creatorix, you must meet the following requirements:
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction
- Not be prohibited from using online earning platforms under applicable laws
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Have a valid payment method (bank account or mobile money) for receiving withdrawals
We reserve the right to refuse access to the Platform to any person who does not meet these eligibility requirements.
3. Account Registration & Security
3.1 Account Creation
You must register for an account to access earning features. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
3.2 One Account Per User
Each user may maintain only one active account. Creating multiple accounts to circumvent restrictions, earn duplicate rewards, or manipulate the platform is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all earnings.
3.3 Account Security
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately at security@creatorix.com if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
4. Earning & Withdrawals
4.1 Earning Activities
Creatorix offers various legitimate earning activities including but not limited to participation in surveys, watching content, completing tasks, and engagement activities. Earnings are credited to your Creatorix wallet upon successful completion of verified activities.
4.2 Withdrawal Policy
- Processing time: typically within 24–48 business hours
- Withdrawals are subject to identity verification and fraud checks
- We reserve the right to delay withdrawals pending security review
4.3 Earning Validity
Earnings must be withdrawn within 12 months of being credited. Unclaimed earnings after this period may be forfeited. We will send reminder notifications before any expiry.
⚠️ Important: Any earnings obtained through fraudulent means, manipulation of the platform, or violation of these Terms will be reversed and the account terminated immediately.
5. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to engage in any of the following:
- Creating fake accounts or using bots, scripts, or automated tools to earn rewards
- Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or disrupt the Platform
- Using the Platform for money laundering or any illegal financial activity
- Impersonating another person or entity
- Sharing account access with other individuals
- Engaging in any activity that places unreasonable load on our infrastructure
- Circumventing any technical measures or restrictions we implement
- Uploading or distributing malware, viruses, or harmful code
- Harassing, threatening, or abusing other users or Creatorix staff
Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, termination, and legal action where appropriate.
6. Intellectual Property
All content, features, and functionality on the Creatorix Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software — are the exclusive property of Creatorix Ltd and are protected by Nigerian and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Platform without our explicit written permission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Creatorix and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any:
- Indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill
- Damages resulting from service interruptions or technical failures
- Actions or omissions of third-party payment processors
- Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account (where you failed to maintain adequate security)
Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total amount you have earned and withdrawn from the Platform in the 3 months preceding the claim.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we determine that:
- You have violated these Terms or our policies
- Your use of the Platform poses a security or fraud risk
- We are required to do so by law or regulatory authority
You may close your account at any time by contacting support@creatorix.com. Upon termination, any pending legitimate earnings will be processed according to our withdrawal policy. Earnings forfeited due to policy violations will not be paid out.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall first be subject to good-faith negotiation. If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Lagos, Nigeria.
